Ladies Gymnasium in Nailsea 

In Shape for Ladies welcomes you to a gym with a difference in Nailsea. We pride ourselves on a fun, friendly atmosphere and lovely ladies. There are no complicated machines to adjust or weights to change, since our simple hydraulic equipment automatically adjusts to the individual, meaning all fitness levels and ages can work out side by side. The circuit is interval training timed to music for total body toning and the best thing is that our hydraulic machines are dual resistance, which means you won't feel sore the next day as with traditional gym weighted machines. We have four different workouts to vary your routine and stop you getting bored, from fast areobic through to slower strength training. Staff are always on hand to help and encourage members, and monthly weight and bodyfat checks are offered to monitor members and help them reach their goals. So please don't feel exercise is not for you, give us a call and try before you buy. We recently celebrated our second year in Wells and have just opened a new gym in Nailsea.
